On Tuesday, April 16th, the New Jersey State Library invites you for an engaging and educational afternoon concerning all things finances. This conversation will be held from 12pm to 1pm on Zoom, meaning that guests can tune in from anywhere in the Garden State. As with all of the New Jersey State Library’s webinars, the discussion is completely free to attend. The host for the afternoon’s conversation is Gerard Raho, an Edward Jones financial advisor who currently serves Morris County, NJ. This webinar will not be recorded, so you will have to tune in live to catch this need to know information!
Throughout the afternoon’s presentation, Mr. Raho will walk guests through impactful financial planning strategies throughout the various stages of life. From buying your first home to investing for your retirement and beyond, your financial strategies should ideally grow and evolve alongside you. Some of the account types covered in the upcoming conversation will include a Roth IRA and 529 college saving accounts for people early in their career, as well as details regarding investing and maximizing 401k accounts for those further along in their career. Mr. Raho is a finance professional with over 20 years of experience in financial markets. Through his work with Edward Jones, he has had the opportunity to serve countless clients in the NY and NJ metro. As a financial planner, Mr. Raho works alongside clients to help identify their most pressing needs and custom-tailor the best financial strategies for their particular situation. He earned an MBA from Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business, as well as a bachelor’s degree in economics from Syracuse University.
