No matter whether young or old, it’s critical that we stay up to date on health check-ins to ensure that we’re functioning in tip-top shape. On Saturday, October 14th, residents of Trenton are invited to Mercer County Community College’s James Kearney Campus for a free and comprehensive health and wellness check. Screenings will be held from 10 am through 1 pm at 101 N Broad St, 2nd floor, Trenton, NJ 08608. This event, sponsored by the American Physical Therapy Association of New Jersey, is a one-stop shop for vital insights on the ins and outs of your physical health. This event is completely free and open to all ages, so be sure to bring the whole family along for a day of community, movement, and fun.

Over the course of the afternoon, guests will have access to a number of health screenings, including:

• Blood pressure
• Speed
• Balance
• Strength

And more! Each attendee will receive an individualized report of the results, along with recommendations from current New Jersey licensed physical therapists.
