Calling all the ladies of the Capital City! Pop the champagne and grab your mimosa because you are invited to Trenton for a morning of community and conversation with some of the region’s fiercest female leaders.

Passage Theatre Company will host a Ladies’ Brunch on Saturday, June 3rd. This kick-off to the summer season will honor women and femme-presenting business leaders and innovators in our community. The festivities will occur from 12:00 pm to 3:00 pm at First Presbyterian Church, located at 120 E. State St., Trenton, NJ 08608. Throughout this wonderful afternoon, guests will have the opportunity to enjoy a wide variety of perks, including:

• A vision board activity led by female and femme-presenting community members

Although diversity and representation in business are improving, femme-presenting business leaders still have a long way to go to achieve true equality in the workforce. According to data collected by the US Census Bureau, women still only 19.9% of all firms that employ people in the United States. Of those women-owned businesses, only 17.2% are run by historically marginalized groups. As we press on and continue to shatter the glass ceiling, celebrating today’s leaders helps pave a path forward for the innovators of tomorrow.
