He specializes in creating job search plans and he stands out through his empathetic approach. Throughout his career, Paul has produced several books and articles regarding career coaching. He holds a BS in Psychology from the Florida Institute of Technology and has helmed the adult professional education programs for two colleges as well as an NJ Department of Labor One-Stop Career Center.
