On Sunday, March 19th, Trenton City Museum will host its What Makes Her History event. During this artistic afternoon, attendees can create a collage highlighting all that Women’s History Month means to them. The event will occur from 1:00-4:00 pm at the Ellarslie Mansion at 299 Parkside Ave., Trenton, NJ 08606. This event is open to all ages. Beverly Keese-Kelley of the Trenton Museum Society will guide the event. All participants will be given a cardboard cutout featuring the silhouette of a woman. On this outline, guests will be asked to create a collage highlighting the women who inspire them. Whether these are famous women of history, current figures, or even a woman in your personal life, you are invited to make these memorable women a part of your artwork. By the event’s conclusion, you will have a beautiful display of what this particular month means to you.
