In addition to Greater Trenton’s role in transforming the former Urban Blight program into the Neighborhood Redevelopment and Revitalization Pilot program, Greater Trenton is building support for its authored residential white paper, which proposes a partnership with the State of New Jersey to offer an incentive for State employees to live and work in the downtown. If implemented, this initiative would increase demand by 75% creating a more vibrant and secure downtown.
