Calling all Mercer County Artists: NJ Treasury Wants Your Artwork

New Jersey Department of the Treasury has an exciting initiative going on right now to find two-dimensional artwork to be displayed in its new Division of Taxation building, located at 3 John Fitch Way in the Capital Complex in Trenton. Artists that live in or have a studio in Mercer County can submit their artwork to the selection committee, which will then pick several pieces to purchase for display in the completed building’s elevator lobbies and other interior spaces.

Submissions are due by July 26 via the online portal at https://artist.callforentry.org/festivals_unique_info.php?ID=7442

This call is open only to New Jersey residents, age 18 or older, who are living, permanent residents of Mercer County, or maintain a permanent art studio address in Mercer County. Under N.J.S.A. 52:13D-19, employees of the State of New Jersey are not eligible to submit work for this procurement.
If you have questions about the process, please contact Danielle Bursk, director of artist services for The New Jersey State Council on the Arts, at danielle.bursk@sos.nj.gov.
