George Sowa, featured this month in ROI-NJ, discussed his family roots in Trenton, a revitalized interest in the City’s real estate market, and a growing excitement about the development possibilities here.

“This is a place that has certainly had its ups and downs over the years,” said Sowa. “In the last couple of years, it has been different — there has been a consistent amount of interest.”

John Hatch, Partner at architecture firm Clarke Caton Hintz and Partner at the renovation business HHG Development also weighed-in: “From my point of view, the current real estate boom here makes perfect sense. We’ve got great transportation access on top of great building stock and everything else. I think it’s more a question of why this hasn’t happened until now.”
