Podcasts are a fantastic outlet for any creative mind. Whether you want to discuss the news, pop culture, sports, or something unique, there is a space for you in this sphere. Podcasts have seen immense growth in the last several years as a fun and engaging way to consume media. Celebrities and other public figures will often create podcasts to connect with their fans and discuss the ideas that are important to them. Likewise, podcasts can be critical for dispensing news and discussing important world events. No matter your niche, there’s a seat at the table for you.
This course is brought to you by the minds at Pink Lady Productions. Founded in 2019, Pink Lady Productions is a production company specializing in podcast production. The founder and lead producer of Pink Lady Productions, Jasmine Gary, recognized a gap in identifying Black queer women in the podcasting space. To fill this gap, Pink Lady Productions seeks to platform queer Black women and their stories in front of and behind the microphone. Per their mission, they seek to take on the producer role so that podcasting creatives can entirely focus on telling their story to the world.
