Attention artists of all skill levels!

Artworks recently announced that they will be hosting their 10 x 10 Red Dot Fundraising Exhibition from December 10th through January 7th. The exhibition features a dynamic collection of art from both novice and experienced artists, giving local creators the opportunity to put their masterpieces on display. Art from a variety of mediums will be accepted, including photography, oil, acrylic, mixed media, watercolor, and more. The opening reception will be held on Saturday, December 10th from 6-9pm.

If you’re an artist interested in having your work featured, you can pick up a FREE 10×10 canvas from Artworks through November 19th, 2022 (while supplies last). Artists can also pick up supplies at Jerry’s Artarama in Lawrenceville, NJ for $2.00 a canvas. After you have a canvas, time to create your work of art! Once completed, you can register your piece here – be sure to register by November 26th. Finally, drop off your work at Artworks from November 29th-December 3rd, 11am-5pm and you’re ready to get put on display!

For the art collectors out there, there’s plenty in store for you too! More than 100 works of art will be available for purchase throughout the exhibition. Each piece of art sells for $100, with 50% of the proceeds going to the artist, 50% going towards supporting Artworks’ community arts programming. Any pieces of art purchased at the fundraiser can be taken home that night. Whether you’re a seasoned collector or just looking for a unique holiday gift for a loved one, this fundraiser is a fantastic opportunity to get your hands on a one-of-a-kind work of art.

The funds raised from this event will go towards supporting Artworks’ programming throughout the year.
