Vasquez has been enrolled with the JRH arts educational programs for the last several years. “We are incredibly proud of Eric, he is an excellent student and is always willing to learn new things,” said Founder, Joseph A. Halsey. “We are so happy the JRH Foundation “Let’s Film” program was able to support Eric discover new skills and interest in filmmaking and the arts. We look forward to seeing him succeed in the future.”
The James R. Halsey Foundation of the Arts, in partnership with the community and corporate support, enriches the quality of life for youths (ages 14 to 20) by providing a safe and educational environment where participants in the programs are inspired and encouraged toward a better future.
This initiative promotes and guides participants/students through the creative processes involved in the art of filmmaking, and by providing life-skills training in business and the arts.
