Explore Walking Tours at Art All Day and Ciclovia Event on Sept. 19
This year’s special Art All Day and Ciclovia event on Saturday, September 19 from Noon to 6 p.m., will feature a day of art, bikes, and socially-distanced fun in the streets. Attendees will have an opportunity to choose from a number of exciting tours including:
- 1:30 p.m. Walk the Artwalk and learn about the recently announced Bloomberg Asphalt Art project, with Lauren Otis;
- 2:30 p.m. History and Art in Trenton, with Bernard McMullan;
- 3:30 p.m. Hidden Treasures of Downtown, with Iana Dikidjieva;
- 4:30 p.m. Creek to Canal Creative District, with Jim Gordon
All tours begin at Artworks. Masks and social distancing required. For more information on tours, visit: https://www.artallday.artworkstrenton.org/tours.
Ciclovia will close Front Street between Stockton and Barrack Streets (plus some adjacent spokes), and Art All Day sites are carefully selected and staffed to maintain social distancing. Outdoor live art and music is planned as well as walking and bike tours for all abilities.
Art All Day is Trenton’s open studio tour and creative showcase; a unique opportunity to experience Trenton as a hub of art, creation, and innovation. Ciclovia: Open Streets Trenton is an opportunity to reimagine the City’s streets for people and play, rather than for cars.
